Fanfic (continued)

Yay, another post! I have the plot figured out know, mostly. I'm still not quite sure about a lot, but I have the bad guy and a plot out line and what will happen next, at least.

Ducks

My brother is now in charge of my prompts. My prompt for today? Ducks. No stories more then five sentences, no straying off topic, no deleting anything but typos.

My fanfic

I'm writing an Inuyasha fanfic. I know the basic plot, but I don't know what will actually happen. I know that a character, lets call her Kiya, (Me. I know, how cheap and n00by. But she/I won't be a Mary-Sue, I promise!) gets magically transported to the land of Inuyasha. Thing is, she doesn't know Japanese! And is a completely out of shape, reliant on technology, non-miko foreigner.
I'm just going to write scenes and ideas, that may or may not happen, until I figure out the main plot. I don't even know if its after or during the series. There's arguments for both sides...
Anyways, here's an idea for the first scene/prologue!

Ode to Apple Pie

This poem was an assignment for school. I came up with most of it a month ago, but since I have to turn it in in on Monday, I finally worked on adding "at least 3 DIFFERENT types of literary devices". So today I added a verse, and messed with the others a little. Does that count as one of my three writings for the week?

It seemed like only yesterday...

I wrote two drabbles! They’re both exactly one-hundred words. I searched up "Drabble Prompts" on Google, and on the first place that had a nice list of prompts, this was the first one: It seemed like only yesterday. Immediately, InuYasha came to mind. About half way through that one, I realized that Twilight would also work very well. So I made both! Afterwards, I thought maybe a Hunger Games one. Oh, and Percy Jackson. Nah, just two. I might make more later, but this is it for now. (Oh, and FYI, this paragraph is a 100-word drabble, too!)

**Spoiler Alert for the ending of InuYasha, and the whole plot of New Moon.**

Things I've finished

I have decided to explain the Things I've Finished list on the side! Basically what it is is a list of all the actual stories I've finished. Little drabbles and short stories won't make the cut, this needs to be a substantial work. Once I compile a couple pages of drabbles I'll put that on the list, but not 'till then. This is my stories. Which is why it has only four things in it so far.

The first item on my list is the first chapter of the never-to-be-finished novel, Untitled. I might rename it later, but I saved it in a hurry, and its starting stick with me. Of course, it helps that the main character is also untitled, having no name. Anyways, I only have the first chapter, but its pretty long and one of the first longish things I wrote and the (beginning of, at least) a pre-thought out (to some extant) novel.
The second is my Naïkiir and Naïlo story. It's a short story, but it's a story nonetheless, and it is two pages. With a plot and new characters at anythings!

Third is my first Warriors fanfic, Snapping Jaws. It was only 6ish chapters long, 1-2 (half) pages each chapter, but it had a prophecy, so I was happy. Everyone knows to be a main character in Warriors, you need a prophecy about you! (Well, except for Leafpool, but who really cares about her (jk)) I gave it to Erin Hunter, which was really exciting, but I'm kind of ashamed now. I squashed the whole Clan into half a page, and had a bear, when I didn't know she was about to write a whole book about bears. I was too lazy to even look up a picture to see if they had tails! They do, right? Little ones?

Fourth is the sequel, Shaking Ground. I only actually have a couple (again, half) pages of prologue, then the first page of chapter, but I have a prophecy and a plot and subplots, including a tragic love story with the silver cat across the river, a big ol' fight, and a camp-ruining earthquake. Oh, and deaths. Plenty of death. Can't you feel the Warriors love? ;)

Besides these, I've also written two chapters of Twilight fanfic, four conversations of Twilight IMing fanfic, and various little things here and there. Eep, my hands hurt. From typing of all things! I never thought the day would come... I'm getting soft.
